"I really benefited and enjoyed my time with Anna! I wanted to work on getting a stronger core and upper body, as well as injury prevention. I really appreciated that she personalized my training plan based on my needs and constraints. I had limited time I was able to work out during my work days and needed a daily workout that wasn’t going to take an hour and circuit based. She came up with a workout that I could complete in about 20-30 minutes and it helped me reach one of the strongest versions of myself! With her help I completed a 50 mile mountain bike race with 8500’ elevation gain, a Spartan Half Marathon, and an 18 mile trail race with 7800’ gain that year! Thanks Anna!"
